Last night we had a wonderful gathering of the minds at The Waterfront Spa and Salon.

Just some constructive criticism: Waterfront will need to amp up in order to bring more business in. There is a lot of competition in this tri-county area of Mon, Marion and Harrison. One of your biggest competitors would be Tuscan Sun Spa which have visited. Your prices and packages are excellent, but the atmosphere and customer service needs upgraded. A sleek black uniform for employees would be very professional. Calming music and lights even in nail area would be peaceful and serene. Employees need to keep personal information to a minimum. For special events or customers- fit the decor to their likes- like for a birthday- bring in some balloons for a sorority- find out their colors and put up their greek letters. Some salons offer more than just coffee- this may not be feasible, but it is an idea. Jsut some ideas and thoughts.
